Node Labs provides cannabis tissue culture, genetic banking, pathogen testing, and related laboratory services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice. All services are subject to availability and applicable law.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and genetic materials developed by Node Labs, are the intellectual property of Node Labs and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. 5. Genetic Material
Genetic materials provided by Node Labs are licensed for use only by the purchasing facility and may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial breeding programs without a separate written licensing agreement. Misuse of proprietary genetics may result in termination of services and legal action.
6. Payment & Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Node Labs. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment is due upon invoicing unless otherwise agreed in writing. Node Labs reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Node Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
